MEATS and FISHES are fresh and supplied every week.
All goods are processed immediately, then they are deep-frozen or put in vacuum.

PASTAS, every kind of, are homemade and handmade.
Macaroni, spaghetti and filled pastas are made with fresh eggs and controlled flours. All these pastas are coming from ancient recipes, written by hand by our grandparents.
FRUIT PICKLES, served with cheeses, are homemade and handmade too.
It’s a particular way to preserve fruits: pears or apples are sliced. Then caramelized after 1 week seasoning with sugar and lemons. At the end, it’s added few drops of ‘mustard’ essential oil. Very spicy! But, the kind of spiciness similar to wasabi, more than chili
DESSERTS are our big selling points! A cart full of cakes, pies, creams, tiramisu and fruits. Some of these recipes are 60-years-old!
The most important feature of our FINE DINING is that is a EXPRESS CUISINE. We avoid as far as possible, preservatives and pre-cooked food. No tin can or junk food.
The products are prepared by hand, without the addition of preservatives, and each single portion is weighed and packed according to the procedures required by current regulations (REG. CE 852/04).
