PASTAS, every kind of, are homemade and handmade.
Macaroni, spaghetti and filled pastas are made with fresh eggs and controlled flours. All these pastas are coming from ancient recipes, written by hand by our grandparents.
FRUIT PICKLES, served with cheeses, are homemade and handmade too.

DESSERTS are our big selling points! A cart full of cakes, pies, creams, tiramisu and fruits. Some of these recipes are 60-years-old!
The most important feature of our FINE DINING is that is a EXPRESS CUISINE. We avoid as far as possible, preservatives and pre-cooked food. No tin can or junk food.
The products are prepared by hand, without the addition of preservatives, and each single portion is weighed and packed according to the procedures required by current regulations (REG. CE 852/04).
